Performance, Quality Measurement and Public Reporting

Standardization of performance and quality measures continues to lead the federal reform agenda for the healthcare industry. In addition, federal laws require public reporting of these standardized measures to help improve consumer understanding of the healthcare services they seek to receive. It is difficult for many organizations to dedicate personnel to stay continuously abreast of and trained to understand, measure, analyze, interpret, and report these requirements. Our consultants have undergone extensive training and certification in the area of performance and quality measurements and public reporting. As one of the few firms nationally qualified as a certified HCAHPS vendor, we are able to assist organizations to administer and implement standardized tools, collect and analyze data, ensure data quality and integrity and public reporting submissions. In addition, we are able to use this data to assist your organization in addressing potential areas for improvement. By working with your management team, we can develop customized reports that help identify areas that require additional resources, help devise a strategy for improvement, manage implementation, and evaluate the on-going process.
