Kent Lederman, MBA

Mr. Lederman’s areas of expertise include business unit planning, market research, decision support, database analysis and modeling, and geographic information systems. Prior to joining Morgan, he developed market information functions at two children’s hospitals and at an acute-care psychiatric hospital. His responsibilities included development of internal and external data sources, the development of tools to analyze such data, and training others in their use. He has coached service line directors in business plan development, segmented markets geographically and socioeconomically, developed reimbursement models for pricing and contracting, established Marketing Information Systems at three healthcare organizations, led and staffed numerous certificate of need applications for hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, home health agencies and assisted living.

Mr. Lederman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Goshen (IN) College and an MBA from the University of South Florida, with a Teaching Fellowship in Statistical Methods. He serves on various church-related Boards and has overseen various development and fund-raising efforts. Years ago, a balky putter led him away from the PGA Club Professional Apprentice program and into healthcare. He still hits the little white ball and fishes, which it turns out to be a complementary hobby. Mr. Lederman lives just south of Atlanta with his wife and three teenage children.
